This Privacy Policy governs the way in which AikalTech, LLC ("AikalTech") collects and uses personal and non-personal information we learn about you from your visit to this website (the "Website") or usage of the mobile app delaySAJDA (the “Mobile App”). This use is separate and distinct from AikalTech's use of information obtained during a client relationship because, as a software firm, client information is used in accordance with strict professional and ethical rules.

While the Mobile App itself does not store or transmit IP address and GPS location beyond the mobile device, the third party web service it utilizes to determine sunrise and sunset times may choose to do so.

It is possible that such a submission may occur by clicking on various links, such as "Contact Us," or by contacting an individual AikalTech personnel via an email address provided in a hyperlink.
The Mobile App does not store or transmit personally identifiable information.

Our computer systems are currently based in the United States and the content of our Website and Mobile App is directed to U.S. residents. Your personal data will be processed by us in the United States, where data protection and privacy regulations may or may not be equal to the level of protection as in other parts of the world, such as in Canada and the European Union.
